“La oficina del Sector de Acuicultura y Pesca considera importante que las plantas de procesamiento de productos pesqueros asociadas a este Sector, dispongan como documento de referencia de la Guía COVID-19 creada por la Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) y publicada el pasado 21 de julio.
Esta guía puede ser de gran utilidad para las plantas para fortalecer los protocolos sanitarios anti COVID-19 implementados en cada una de ellas, no solo para evitar o minimizar el contagio de esta enfermedad en sus trabajadores, sino también para evitar la contaminación del virus del COVID-19 en las superficies de los empaques y de los productos procesados en ellas.”
